Machines for homogenising liquids. For milk this is done by refining the fat globules or by a rotor-stator system.
High pressure homogenisers are piston pumps which pump the liquid through a homogenising valve at high pressure. In line homogenisers (also called emulsifiers) are high tower rotor-stator machines.
Blasting, spraying. New bearings and gaskets. Polishing of valves and valve block. Measuring of cylinders, crosshead and connecting rod. Replacement of parts is required.
Conversion from manual to hydraulic pressure adjustment. New control system with ampèremeter, hour counter, signal exchange with pasteuriser for automatic pressure switching. Stainless steel piston, chromed pistons, hard chromed pistons, ceramic pistons. Manometer on inlet with alarm function. Flow switch on cooling water with alarm function. Conversion to variable speed using a frequency regulator. Force lubrication (for low speed crankshaft). Conversion to bullet-shaped valves for viscous products. Conversion to 1-stage or 2-stage. Enlargement or reduction of piston diameter.
Vibration dampers on inlet and outlet. Pneumatic bypass valve for cleaning. Overpressure valve.
In addition to the capacity of the machine as stated in our stock list it is also possible to adapt the machine to a different pressure or hourly capacity, within set limits.
