Lekkerkerker Dairy & Food Equipment specialises in the revision and trade of used cup filling and sealing machine. The Waldner Dosomat models are rotary machines for filling liquid and viscose products in preformed cups. The size of the cups is to adjust to the wishes of the customer. Dimensions cups: round 65 to 140mm and rectangular in 40x50mm to 120x120mm.

Separate food grade lubrication system; grease in the vicinity of product and grease underneath machine. Control, no pot, double pot, no seal, sealing control by pinching and measuring seal pressure. Recording system for number of pots filled, filling temperature. Valves for CIP and return pump. Modification for filled pressure lid. Output belt with traffic reporting and communication with final packaging. Automatic box filler. Cardboard or Tray forming machine with hot melt adhesive.
